Before the actual building process begins, your project must be subject to a thorough design and planning stage. This ensures that our team complete the project within predetermined building and time constraints.

Before our tradesmen even gets involved, our designers work with you to determine your exact requirements. We then provide technical advice to help your property reach its full potential, whether small alterations, or larger property conversions.
Even at this early stage, we can even provide you with a guide of costing and timescales, using knowledge based on our previous experience. Armed with this information, you can then decide on the best course of action. All surveys and quotations are free of charge and imply no obligation to purchase.
After we agree on the design and you are happy with the proposal, we can then take your project to the next stage. This could be full architectural drawings if a planning proposal is required.
These can be submitted to the local planning office for consideration. If planning permission is not required, we can submit building regulation drawings and the necessary specifications to allow you to proceed with your works. We create a specification of all proposed work. This is crucial for the tendering process and ensures that all of the design features are listed so the drawings can be followed accurately.
